The North American shipping files have been delivered to our fulfillment partners to begin shipping. They'll review the files and let us know if any adjustments need to be made (such tweaks almost always involve simple formatting and are resolved quickly.)
Once the file is approved, they'll begin fulfilling Aquelarre. You will receive an email to your BackerKit email containing a tracking number as your order is prepped and shipped. We anticipate that the fulfillment team will start on Monday, and emails should start filtering out shortly thereafter.
If you are not in the US or Canada, your order will be fulfilling from the EU. Those files are also prepared and being reviewed. Due to various import laws, the customs amounts and details have to be checked and ensured for accuracy, so we anticipate that actual shipping will start later in the week next week.
You will receive a tracking email from BackerKit with your tracking information for this shipment. Our fulfillment partner will generate your order, pack and ship it, and provide us with a read out of tracking numbers. These numbers will be uploaded to BackerKit, which will provide an email to you with your tracking information.
They will provide us with the file once all orders have been packaged, so your tracking email will likely arrive a little later than the package actually ships.
All shipping should be in full progress by the end of next week, for all rewards.

My apologies for the delay in getting this update, as we wanted to be as through as possible with the information.
As the books and dice were being processed from the shipment, we discovered a discrepancy with the quantity and types of dice that had been manufactured. One of the d10s had been manufactured as a d6 incorrectly.
It took some time to run down exactly which dice (this project has a lot of different dice), and to determine how many orders are affected. However, we have that information and here are the steps we've taken:
This is a significant impact to our ability to fulfill the project, so unfortunately, we're going to have to sit tight for a little bit. As the printer provides more information, I will immediately pass that along so you are kept aware, including dates and potential delivery information. The dice will not be shipped via sea freight, so they should arrive relatively quickly after the printing is finished.
We apologize for the delay, but we're committed to doing fulfillment right so when your game arrives, it's complete and there's no need to wait for additional shipments or get replacements. We know the delays have been frustrating but we're actively working to ensure your game gets into your hands.

Books, dice, and boxes are all at the US warehouse as of today! I've asked for images of the books in the warehouse, but being a Friday and delivery, they didn't arrive today. If they arrive Monday, I'll make sure to post them.
GM Screens are in progress, but we're going to begin preparing orders. As of today, final notice for addresses in BackerKit has been sent out. If you need to adjust your address follow the instructions in the email you'll receive to do so.
The warehouse will input and catalog these orders and deliveries. Once they're good, we'll provide them with the shipping files so they can begin processing US, Canadian and Mexican orders.
Early next week, we'll split out the EU/Worldwide orders and the worldwide pallet will ship to the UK fulfillment center (which will take far less time, as it's a far smaller pallet). This separation was essential as the smaller worldwide orders didn't justify the cost of splitting the order in China, and allows us to bundle the shipping with other essential products we need to ship to the UK already.
This means as of the end of next week pending GM Screens, fulfillment will be ready to go, with the worldwide orders on the way to the UK fulfillment house.
The rest of the worldwide shipments won't be far behind. If your order has a GM Screen, it will ship later in the process after those arrive at the warehouse. We'll keep you updated on the progress of the GM Screens.

The books are on their way from China to fulfillment. As soon as they arrive, we'll update you, and begin fulfillment steps! The boxes are on their way from Spain, as is the original art for the appropriate backers.
We did submit errata we received regarding the character sheet (the question has been asked a few times), and those changes did make it into the book.
